Waste Management
- Segregating waste into categories (wet and dry) and recycling through authorized vendor partners as per regulatory norms
- Installing organic waste converters across all parks
Green Building Certifications
Awarded USGBC LEED Platinum certification for our parks at Chennai and Kolkata. Target to secure USGBC LEED Certification for all current and upcoming parks.
Planned further asset upgradations to ensure adherence to highest sustainability norms. Design and implement path to Net Zero Carbon footprint across all parks.
Energy Conservation & Green Power
Use of energy efficient LED lights across all our parks.
