Our portfolio includes ESG factors at all stages, from asset purchase and due diligence to portfolio management. Our teams work diligently to achieve longevity and want to make a positive ethical difference in every society we operate in. Thus, the assets in our portfolio are based on a philosophy that encourages the adoption of an environment of responsible investing, which contributes to both delivering performance to all stakeholders and building long-term sustainable value by mitigating risk. Our long-standing values include advancing our philanthropic efforts through charity and volunteerism, giving back to our community through initiatives at different tiers, and supporting our employees. These values aid us foster and nurture a dynamic workplace that encourages an inclusive and engaged culture.
The portfolio’s business philosophy is based on ethical and sustainable business practises as well as sharing its expertise and achievements with the community at large. Portfolio and property managers take the lead in putting these ideas into practise and encouraging standard procedures while senior management oversees ESG activities. The emphasis is on supporting pragmatic innovation, investing in technology, and enhancing procedures that minimise environmental risks and achieve long-term efficiency gains.

Environment

Water Management

Implemented smart systems to ensure efficient and judicious usage of freshwater
  • Reduced the use of groundwater by using the resources of a natural pond within the parks
  • Implementation of rain water harvesting underway
  • STP systems installed across all parks to treat wastewater for landscaping & flushing
  • Smart water meters installed at all parks to oversee and reduce water consumption levels

Waste Management

  • Segregating waste into categories (wet and dry) and recycling through authorized vendor partners as per regulatory norms
  • Installing organic waste converters across all parks

Green Building Certifications

Awarded USGBC LEED Platinum certification for our parks at Chennai and Kolkata. Target to secure USGBC LEED Certification for all current and upcoming parks.

Planned further asset upgradations to ensure adherence to highest sustainability norms. Design and implement path to Net Zero Carbon footprint across all parks.

Energy Conservation & Green Power

Use of energy efficient LED lights across all our parks.

Planting trees to reduce carbon footprint. Investing in landscaping across all parks to create heat island effect

Investing in roof top solar for generating clean energy across all parks.
